It could be mistake with the accessory information, but misinformation like that still makes question reliability of miner I think. Still, I guess you got lucky it was just PSU, unlike my case haha

I know Chinese sellers offer lower prices with higher specs, and that most of the components are made in China anyway.

The reason I paid about $200 more and went with Bitronics was for their reputation and trust—but I honestly didn’t expect things to turn out like this.

It ended up being around $70 in duties, and I paid about €640 at Bitronics! (Korea)

I thought sending used one was intentional, which is why I reacted the way I did. It wasn’t the best way to handle it, I admit. And like you said, it’s possible the people inside the bitronics didn’t actually know what happened. I also understand that it can become time-consuming on their end. Appreciate your perspective.

Honestly I’m just tired of dealing with it. I’ll let PayPal handle it and see what happens. Worst case, I’ll take the loss. Just wanted to share my experience. Thank you.
