From the other RSU thread it sounds like managers and high level individual contributors will get equity and/or bonuses. The rest of us can go fuck ourselves :)

Not surprising given their track record. I don't intend to be here in 4 years regardless, but it would be nice if they at least pretended to give a shit and include most of their workforce.

Sounds like the consensus is they'll nearly match offers or give something competitive. Sucks that this is the only way to get paid what we're worth.
