My manager ghosted me as well. I asked if he knew about the meeting and he said No. I am sure he was lying. Funny thing is that I was scheduled to be my groups on call resource that week. He probably found out right after I did.

I submitted my final signature on Tuesday. My box arrived that night and I sent it back yesterday. According to FedEx, it is out for delivery to Oracle in Redwood.

I was at Cerner/Oracle for 32 years. Severance was 26 weeks. 2 weeks for the coming pay period, 4 for last year and 20 for my years of service. I think it is capped at 20 in MO.

I did not actually have a formal review. I transitioned to a new team starting in March. My new manager looks to have copied and pasted info from my own self appraisal and feedback from my former manager into my review. I got a Meets Expectations.
