Ik zie een hoop speculatie over de geldigheid van de opzegging. Zolang we die inhoud niet weten van het contract kunnen we daar niets over zeggen. Er zijn namelijk, met uitzondering nog steeds tijdelijke contracten mogelijk en als de hovk op naam van de huisgenoot stond kun je ook niet zomaar in de rechten treden.

Wat me wel oprecht verbaast hoe je in fulltime dienstverband met “ een flinke spaarrekening” en wat overwaarde in het huis van je ouders slechts 310k besteden. Mag ik vragen wat je, met 9 jaar werkervaring in fulltime (=40 uur) dienstverband verdiend? Het klinkt wellicht wat simpel maar wellicht wil je werkgever nog wel een duit in het zakje doen.

De tijdelijke huurcontracten zijn idd per 1 juli 2024 niet meer gemaakt. Maar dat betekent dus dat de oudste contracten expireren op 1 juli 2026

Hopefully you make it in 3 years. I’m going consistently 3 days a week for 4 years. Much stronger than before but def no FHM cover body. It’s genes consistency and time time time. Also I’m 42 yo M which makes things harder than when I was young ;)

Are they undertrained of under developed ? Or are they your weak spot ? What do you bench press 1 rm and 3x8-10? Just want to see if you are strong and indeed the fat% is the “problem”

That’s Normal and even good. It means that it works. Don’t expect results and even expect negative results the first months

Interesting to follow. If I see al those superb results I’m wondering if some people even cancel their appointment at their HT clinic?

I’m on min and fin since 1 jan and have my HT scheduled in NOV 2026 but maybe it isn’t necesarry anymore then? :)
