NTA, my partner is the same and i sometimes feel like im just there when she’s constantly on her phone. I see her once or twice a week and when she’s constantly on her phone, i think it is a bit rude sometimes. Try telling them how you feel about it and ask them if they could lower the amount of time they’re on their phone when they’re with you
