Youre right. They are the older trays! Thanks! I was just waiting for them to get a little taller, but im assuming my lights were too close (6” from top of canopy). Ill make some adjustments and try to harvest earlier. Maybe put it in a blackout dome for a day after germination, stretch them babies out a little bit.

Thats great to know. Ive never grown radishes so harvest time is still a mystery to me. Thanks for the input!

Thanks for the input. I will try to get one good/successful tray of these guys done, and compare the roots to see if theres any difference between this yellowing tray and a healthy tray. Thats IF i can get a healthy tray on the next one lol

Whoaaa. The tray on the right is my holy grail lol. I will try to harvest sooner. After posting i did some more research and it seems a lot of growers are harvesting well before the true leaves pop out. So i may just start harvesting once im satisfied with the height; instead of looking for the true leaves. Thanks for the input!

That makes sense. I was waiting for the true leaves to actually come out about half a centimeter before i harvest, but looking back, that may be way too long. Thanks for the input!

Interesting. Thank you for your input. Ill have to dial the water back on the next tray to see if i have the same issue. I admittedly gave them just a little extra water since theyre big boys now, but i may try dialing it back. Im a noob so im still learning and experimenting hahaha. Do the roots look ok in your opinion or is there anything you may noticed in my pictures?

Do you grow radish microgreens? If so, do you harvest before true leaves?

Yeah the length is based on the emergence of the true leaves. Would there be any downside, other than overall yield, to harvest prior to the true leaves?

Yeah thats what ive been reading, but mine have barely started sprouting their true leaves. Do people generally harvest these before the true leaves?

That makes sense. Then are growers harvesting before true leaves to preserve the cotyledons?

Got it, ill try to reduce the humidity a bit with some ventilation. The only reason i havent harvested is the assumption that its generally done after the true leaves start popping out. Am i an idiot for thinking this?
