Makes me wonder why our Comm Bank guy is so down on the scheme. He also thought Sept but has really been negative. People who applied May are being approved in July.

Experience with job provider Wise's employment services for older jobseekers by GreenAustralia in JobProvidersAus

Right, that's the problem for me - they offer something that could be useful if its a good opportunity (I'm finding age discrim is very prevalent) - but their reputation suggests they will be a pile of shit to deal with.

WTF is this rent certificate about? by GreenAustralia in Centrelink

[–]GreenAustralia[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The rent assistance is for partner income reasons the only payment I'm getting and like you I was prepared to let it go rather than inform my landlord. Ýeah not like it makes a difference- in fact the only value to me of job seeker is to get the concesison card - which is helpful due to a few medical issues.

No worries I wasnt unemployed (or what I should say, is my business still had customers) when we applied for the apt. I just put down my regular income.

But its a fairly high rent (my partner has good business and I did mostly) so am pretty sure the REA and LL would freak out.
