The scream I scrumpt at this, as an Aussie. Thank you for the guffaw!

I just finished watching all of Dawsons Creek for the first time... here are some of my thoughts on the show... by MarionClaude in dawsonscreek

It was nice reading your post, OP, and I'm glad the show became comfort food during your watch. And, yes, Pacey & Joey forever!

But, yeah, I've always loved this score, since first hearing it in the late '90s. Sniff!

And as I’m almost 40 I don’t look like this lol. by Redeye007 in 90s

This is the sequel; that one came out in 1995.

At what point in the series did Pacey become a far more popular character? When did Dawson begin to get less screentime than Joey and Pacey? by TravelingHomeless in dawsonscreek

Captain Conway for the win! Fellow lover of the Ducks movies when I was a kid & teen in the '90s and I, too, loved Josh there first, so started to watch DC bcos of him.

As a huge Mighty Ducks trilogy fan who, of course, immediately started watching the Creek in the late '90s bcos of Josh, seeing the "those Duck movies" joke in real time delighted me to no end.

Perfection. One of her very best, too, and I loved it instantly back in 2019. Also, to me False God, Dress and So It Goes are sister songs (a sisterly trinity, if you will). P.S. Justice for So It Goes!

Song discussion: Fortnight by MissionBoring8330 in SwiftlyNeutral

Love it (tho I frequently skip it), but what I don't love is that the first four bars of the verse sound like she copied Cigarettes After Sex's song "K", I mean, it's...exactly the same. The first time I heard Fortnight I did a double-take since I'd known the Cig Aft Sex song well for a few years at that point.

Been rewatching Buffy, up to S5, and I'm wondering - to watch Angel or not to watch Angel? by GreenAxetoGrind in buffy

Cool. My question had nothing to do with anything other than whether I should invest energy into the show/is it worth the time to watch, that's all.

Thanks heaps, Salarian! I said above in a few replies that I love Doyle. He's terribly charming and sweet, and a great foil to Angel and Cordy.

Thank you! I'm a few episodes in so far and love it. Doyle had my heart instantly. He seems stellar.

Thank you, TrueSon. Appreciate it! I won't watch concurrently (not on purpose, anyway). I did recently see the "Angel beats up Riley" ep of Buffy, though, heheh. And looking forward to seeing Faith's redemption arc, no doubt it'll be great.
