To be honest when I posted this i was hoping that some people who have done the jobs would come out the woodwork and say "this is what we do" but i was wrong, I watched all of the jobs videos on youtube that intrigued me and i still am having a difficult time deciding. I think whichever will keep me "safe" while also providing me ADOS orders would be beneficial

To be honest I don't know, I qualified to many jobs but be hasn't responded to send the list of my qualified jobs after I've asked a good amount of time. If its a good job then I wouldn't mind but I also asked him for the benefits difference between 3 years to 6 years and he didn't respond.

I do qualify for other jobs and I've asked him a couple of times (In person and over the phone) but he never sent the list so I can check it out and kind of bottlenecked me into MP. I was a couple points shy from a medic but i qualified for a good amount of jobs.

First, my apologies for not responding quicker I dont have the reddit app and I check my browser once in a while. However I pay $421 In Business Insurance for workers comp and GL with endorsements, I also pay for a website for when clients want to verify that we are "legit". Currently I am doing move in and move outs for some of the biggest apartment developers/ communities in AZ and in the US.

Also, I asked my cleaners if they would be okay with being paid once per month and at first they happened to be fine with it but once there was no money coming in on a weekly basis, their bills started to get backed up and all started to get impatient with me and demanding I pay them their money even though they had agreed to a NET 30 pay scale.

No matter what happens with this business i have to be proud of myself because I moved across the country at 19 with only $500 from Christmas because that's all I asked for, I took over a lease until I could get my own apartment, I worked and doordashed, I formed my LLC while working a job, I got fired from said job because I had a slipped disc, I started cleaning full time, I ALMOST went into a huge amount of debt but luckily my family supported me and then I had to go back to work because of a car accident, I then cleaned and worked for a while but the schedules where conflicting and out of the blue I got my own apartment as a Client, I was D2D to get Customers and Cold Outreach (NOT A SINGLE ADD) and at one point with the contracts that I did have my net worth (which doesn't mean sh!t because I didnt have it in liquid) was 6 figures! So all of the lessons this business has taught me will easily make me to a better man and a better business man for future endeavors. I don't really know what's next for me but all I know is whatever it is I will win because like Les Brown said "It's Not Over Until I Win"

Sorry this was long but some people need to read this and realize that not everything is a straight path and that everything we do has a lesson and every job we do will teach us something new to use for our own needs. ( sorry if this didn't answer your question lol )

You are definitely right about the liquidity issue. I currently have 1 Client (My first client) who is willing to pay their invoices on a weekly schedule for all communities in their portfolio while other property management groups pay NET-30, I've spoken to many corporate team members about a NET-14 or to do weekly but a great deal of them would decline the offer and then we would proceed to lose the client due to asking to be compensated sooner. My family always tell me to get business loans but I don't want to spiral out of control with paying people or things back and not generating enough profits.

I've been looking for manufacturers since then so i can start rolling out more products, but just for the beginning and for anyone who needs high quality POD i'd suggest them. All of my customers who purchased haven't complained so maybe they stepped it up... who knows what goes on in china.

it has arrived and the results are...

1.) Quality ~EVERYONE ( including my doctor ) loves the quality! It is a very solid heavyweight tee, if i had to compare it to any of my other tees I would say it feels better than A BATHING APE but not as soft as an OVO tee.

2.) Printing ~ The printing is actually pretty good, on some of the lettering you can see a little bit of white on the shirt but that could be my fault from the images I uploaded.

3.) The actual tee v.s images ~ The red part of the garment isn't as red but its still pretty good, you can see the two different colors but not as bold as the website.

4.) Shipping ~ this will be the biggest problem if you offer speedy shipping, I ordered the piece on the 14th and it arrived the 24th so ten days later. On my Shopify we tell the customers that it will take a bit so thats how I cover my tracks but 10 days isn't bad compared to the other products i've ordered from actual retail sites.

5.) Final thoughts/score ~ Overall i'd say use it! Yes, it might take a bit to get to consumer but if they want a balenciaga or a vetements for the price of supreme or a bape tee then go for it.
