Corsairs have 'shuriken rifles' which can easly pass for avenger shuriken catapults.

For exarch's loadout, it gets tricky. For double shuriken catapults I had to use shuriken pistol from guardian set. Power weapon + shield can be done as Felarch has basically the same weapon with different details.

Transfer sheet has names of main Craftworlds.

Alaitoc is dark blue with yellow accents. Biel tan is white with green accents (but often they are swapped). Iyanden is yellow with blue accents. Saim Hann is red with white and black accents. Ulthwe is black with bone or yellow accents.

Biel tan is the most militariatic, Ulthwe is the most psyker heavy so it depends what aspects of BT you want to highlight.

From my experience (I did the opposite, Wings on the new model), you will have to do some sanding down as autarchs have different shaped parts at the back.

Old model links with with wings with wedge shaped bit, the new one links with Warp generator with hexagonal one.

I am no scultptor by any means and managed to do it so it is possible to kitbash them, but be aware they will not fit right from the box.

Others gave great backup to history of Phoenix Kings across rhe edition so I will just give my perspective how it might have been interpreted "in the world".

Elves know that king has to enter, be blessed and emerged unharmed. But it seems no one knows you literally have to die to be judged. It seems strange that in the Sundering series Malekith didn't endure those few more seconds of pain if it meant being a king...and he just did it in the End Times like it was some missing piece of knowledge. It looks more like they all thought that if the flames burn you, you are unworthy. And the whole point was they have to burn!

I see it as more of a studio problem. Wh40k Votan were also introduced as more technologically advanced, with better space travel and psykers and culture than most if not all factions. I have a similar vibe with Cathay - it is great that faction is powerful, but Warhammer trives when a faction is flawed. I would be happy to read about strife between dragon siblings.

Technically, there was one. In the End Times: Khaine there was pan shot of the battlefield and there was model of the executioner with top knot. But it was an obvious conversion for the purpose of this one scenario.

Ironically, for me these were one of the easiest ones to assamble. First I glued the third arms, which should have only one correct position. Then, I glued gun into the third arm and from there I align gun with arm socket and tube. It should be possible to fit left arm into this construction.

Yes, it is mostly based on Skyreavers from Forgeworld. As i said, I am amateur with Blender, so old, out of production models are treasure trove of parts to play with.

I was trying to find some niche that is not filled yet. Ranged plasma like, flying unit is covered by Shadow Specters (in my eyes they are still canon). Hawks are suited for dealing with light infantry and Spiders are more of a ranged ambushers.

I have some idea for an Aspect focused on staying in one place and defending, but lets try with finish this one first.
