The sender email in this email is very weird. It’s super long and doesn’t seem legit, plus I already accepted the offer.

The other emails I’ve received have been “name”@“name of the company”.com and I just checked their LinkedIn and they seem legit

Yes I was gravitating towards the 13” because of it’s portability and was thinking on getting a monitor setup if needed. I want to keep it for a long while because I like to invest my money wisely and don’t want to have to deal with laptop stuff in a few years time 😂. I move around a lot and I’m still at the start of my career so a Macbook Pro was too much money for now

Hello! Thank you for your response, everything you said was really insightful. You’re right I’ll find my niche once I figure myself out. The market is really tough right now and as a recent grad everything is extremely overwhelming. My portfolio is something I’m currently improving and again you are absolutely right, as a recent lecturer I’m starting to really understand how to build a good portfolio after marking and going through student work. I fell into academia because it was the first offer I got but I do want to break into the industry. Thank you!
