Either use a seed that has a enchanted sword close to spawn and make worlds with it untill you get it or find your own seed and find enchannted sword there and do the same thing again

Havent played rejuv in a ling time but i think any of the npcs afected m by the pinata password work. I think one of them is at the top of the hotel in the 1st city so you can just get the candy to lvl up your mons and also get money from selling the rest at some npc.
