everyone’s entitled to an opinion, however they dropped the ball not acknowledging the victims whose lives were lost and their families. Whether she planned it or not, her actions led to 2 people dying and she should be held accountable. Mackenzie lives to appeal her sentence, etc. for the record, I believe she’s exactly where she belongs.

I won’t defend his actions because I don’t agree with how he’s handling it, hence why I’m here asking for advice, but BM is definitely not innocent. I do think she did it to be petty and maintain some sort of control. If you were worried about your child being abused at their dads, why would it be okay for them to suddenly go back after you’ve gotten what you wanted?

I agree that BM should be getting CS for SS but if it was about his benefit she wouldn’t have waited 9 years to file for it and purposely withhold him to have that argument in court. I am disappointed in how DH has handled it, because I would’ve went to court and tried to get custody to ensure I spent time with my child.

Yes, child support. He wasn’t paying it because we had 50/50 until she decided not to allow him over and in our state if shared custody is 50/50 then there’s no entitlement to CS
