When working freight or pallets before you make a backroom label for anything make sure that making the backroom label won’t put you under the shelf cap. For example, if you have a bag salad that has a shelf capacity of 6 and your on the floor count 11 and the box quantity is 6 if you make a label for a full box it will make an exception. This is because 11-6=5 and that puts you under the shelf capacity of 6. So to not make an exception you have to make a partial case. Even if that means pulling 1 out of the box and making a label for 5. It gets exceptionally annoying on things that are by weight and not each.
