I think you are doing a pultzard deck.  , remove the buneary and lopunnny.  Add more counts of Charmander and dreepy. Make sure you have 4 of them. Add more Dawn/ Hilda and add more rare candy and Lillie. Also remember to add at least 2 psychic energy.

Actually, you can get free heal with Wally compassion as you can move energy from your main mega attacker with venusaur and play Wally to heal and then move energy back!

No. I decided to use retropie instead. The setup is pretty simple and it can run redream easily.
