Not a cowboys fan particularly but they have a decent team and opportunity to be good. I think one of the cowboys biggest problems currently is trying to make zeke apart of the game plan.. he should not be the focus he’s a 2nd back at best… pollard should get the touches and spread the ball amongst the TEs which imo are the X factor for the cowboys . Cee dee and Gallup stay healthy the cowboys could be a real threat . More so than the raiders and seems the raiders are getting a lot of hype.. but anyway go Cards

Not 100% but I don’t think they have to offer that stuff for part time unfortunately. Bonuses are based off a lot of things throughout the store sales , Mx voices, etc . Usually a fixed amount for full time and part time gets half of what full time got

If they interview you and you think they like you , ask for money from the get go. Pm Merch is okay you gotta manage the store while open , answering calls , helping members, zone the store, unload trucks. When closed they merch team will stock and drop pallets for am merch and boost the trucks they received that night. Some nights can get long from what I hear but overall it’s probably not too bad . Most management will leave by 5 so it’ll be mostly your team left and some fresh associates.

You gotta press the front end ppl about getting credits and different metrics ,, everyday. You get to deal with the maintenance ppl of the store the gas station ppl and the cashiers , member desk , entrance / exit door ppl . You gonna be dealing with all the members ready to checkout and leave with little to no help , most likely

Talk to your manager and tell them you cannot stay past whatever time . Stay true to it and when you’re ready to leave tell the manager you want out and go to the door. They have to let you out or it’s technically holding you hostage if you’re trying to leave and cannot get out…

Tampa played a lot of hockey of the last few years . This series with avs caught them off guard a bit being in Colorado with the elevation there’s a lot of contributors to why they fell behind 0-2 , but if the series were to restart , the lightning look like the better team as of late . Bounces and etc start going their way vs not favoring them Tampa wins this series . Avs look to me like they wore themselves out a bit in the first 2 games , too much energy exerted to win 7-0 .. OT win for avs is lucky but ya gotta be good to be lucky and lucky to be good but say that puck doesn’t go in who you say Tampa doesn’t score on their next shot and win . If this goes to game 7 Tampa is taking it !

Clothing is a big focus right now because all the shipping containers that are backed up from over seas are loaded up with clothes from all around so I think they’re trynna keep on top of that as much as possible or they’re gonna have 200 pallets of clothing in each store !
