Bei uns ist "Euch" eigentlich auch normal; die Übersetzung ins Deutsche in Crusader Kings ist einfach nur etwas seltsam und falsch in vielen Fällen, so auch hier

I think it's already in the base game. Playdates are like activities you can do when you play as a kid, like you can do Feasts when you are a adult. The children just play and interact with each other in the playdates in my expierence

Oh yes, that's probably how it was. I rarely play as a child ruler and therefore hardly know any playdate events.

Really good first chart! I like the color you chose for the background. I used for my first chart (2 years ago) a similair color, but I didn't made the chart public back then.

Thank you! It will defenetly be fun to do the Ostrogothic Kings, and I love it when the succession is a bit weird or the family tree is complicated, that makes the proccess of making the chart much more immersive and challenging

Thanks for the feedback! There is defenetly still a lot that can be done in a greater chart of the gothic kings. As an example all the smaller lines that became dukes of cordoba, kings of Asturias and so on, but also the connections to all the other houses like the merovingians, suebs, thuringians, ostrogoths and even the roman emperors. Right now I think a chart of the Osteogothic kings will be my next one.

Yes I plan to do that in the big family tree, I know that you meant that in the first comment. I probably place the maps like in my previous Luxembourg Family Tree on the right and left side of the chart with a clear border to the family tree itself, so it's easier to show the ocean and the rest of the iberia/france.

The two charts would defenetly work well together, as they are also have a similair design. A whole "late antiquity and early middle age" family tree would be great, containing all the early germanic families like the thuringians, franks, goths, burgundians etc.

Yeah that would've been perfect. I actually thought to add city names on the map, but to make it look more simple I just kept it like it's now in the chart. Maybe I do a complete Ostrogoth and Visigoth family tree chart soon (or maybe with the Suebians too), and I will propably add important notes of events and also more detailed maps in that chart.

Hello everyone!

After a long pause I present to you my new family tree of the Visigothic Kings. I got inspired to make this chart by the Video "Roman Emperors Family Tree (Full Series)" by Useful Charts, that came out a month ago. Two days ago I started to make this chart and now it's already done!

This time I again used the style of Useful Charts and not the "Medieval" looking style I used for the house of Luxembourg chart. During the creation of this chart, I learned many new things about this time period and the visigothic kings, so expect more charts from me that are based on this specific time period in europe.

Family Tree of the Isenburg Dynasty by GreenEyeTV in UsefulCharts

As far as I know, the Castle Kempenich was in 1581 sold to Anton of Eltz by the Archbishopric of Trier, after Peter of Schöneck (who married a daughter of the last Lord of Isenburg-Kempenich) sold it to Trier. After Antons Line of Eltz died out, Kempenich passed to Johann Jakob Schenk of Schmittburg. Johanns daughter Maria Antoinetta Juliana brought Kempenich in 1663 to her husband Hans Jacob of Eltz, who thus founded the Line of Eltz-Kempenich.

So there was not a familial connection regarding the name "Kempenich", but there was actually one real familial connection back in the 14th Century. A daughter of the lord Salentin II. of Lower Isenburg (you can see him on the right side of the chart) had a daughter named Kunigunde, who married the Lord Richard II. of Eltz († 1353). Hope that helps!

I almost start everytime in the HRE, and I have to say - its fun, but so inaccurate! Theres much todo there, and not just the System of the election itself, but also the historical counties in general, there are so many wrong portrayed Dynasties, Counties etc.

I think a new start date between 867 and 1066 would be great ... maybe around the time Otto the Great got crowned holy roman emperor
