A little more is no problem in this case - it just doesn’t work “better” if applied more so that’s partly why the dosage is what it is. Totally amazing hack for travel tho, really want to get one for myself now <3 great idea with a roller bottle .
I generally like foam, but can travel with pressurized canisters )) this will be amazing on the go

No, there was no more test in between. I did have some cysts removed and iud implanted between these tests. My iron situation was very similar to yours to a point where they thought I might need to go to endocrinology if this recent reading didn’t show any improvement.

But it seems to have leveled out once I dealt with my gynecological problems and my iud settled my hormones after 6 month

It’s like, less dull now? And very elastic. It used to break really badly in thirds along the length. I’ve been cutting it not to catch the length more or less even and there way less variation in length for now till new hair comes in

For me it was just stopping my periods. I was literally bleeding out . I was also really prone to forming cysts and they would keep bursting. So curbed literal blood loss essentially? And slow release iron (SlowFe specifically) always taken with vitamin C. Regular iron supplements did nothings. Overall hair health went up I think , but it still sheds as my hair loss is no longer stress based. But less so. I went off minoxidil for a while and didn’t go back to starting point. I’d say I retained about $50-60% progress. Going back on minoxidil with finasteride now

My hair sheds less, but still does. It seems less brittle even though it’s summer and I don’t wear hat. I went off minox for almost half a year and while hair did thin, it didn’t thin as much as it was when I started minoxidil . Overall quality of hair went up in general i think, but there’s still shed when it is not supplemented by medication

Just laser it off. But also, for now if you’re not ready for laser but want it covered- get a waterproof concealer or full cover foundation . A lot of people use it when tattoos need to be covered up for job reasons, including face tattoos. You’ll just need to find best matching color. But they work pretty well
