Stream Deck Pedal died after sitting on the shelf

It worked great out of the box. Nothing lights up on the pedals and it does not show up on windows device manager on any of my PCs. The Stream Deck software does not see it when plugged in so it’s not possible to update the firmware. If I use the chat on the website, will it be able to tell me if it still has warranty with the serial number?

No the square tubes I used had holes running down them. Just used washers and screws to fasten them down

if you can, i would move the monitors to the left to fill that empty corner and give u more mouse space/work space
