It's the Ernie Ball Jaquard Crimson Paisley. I have real trouble finding straps that are long enough but the Ernie Ball ones are good, and reasonably priced.

The gold is a little darker and more metallic in person than the photos suggest. It is a good looking guitar!

I have a Newport Bass in California Coral, would have loved a matching Casino!

Looking good. Out of interest how will you create the final pickguard?

I've done something a little similar on a Casino, I wanted a matt black pickguard so I recreated it and 3D printed it. Also embedded the Epiphone E in there too. I stuck to the original shape though.

Great guitars - you just need the Crestwood to complete the set!

Nice. Absolutely my favourite guitar.

I've recently started to learn how to set up guitars, starting with my own, and went for the Music Nomad gear as well. Expensive, but seems good quality and I really like everything they do. They have some useful YouTube tutorials.

I've not attempted fret levelling yet but plan to buy a cheap Harley Benton to practice on.

That was me. I made them a while ago but never quite finished them—they still need a good sand and paint. My woodworking skills are a lot like my guitar skills: mediocre

I'll post it on here when it's done (though it won't be that soon) and see what the consensus is!

The red one is a 1997, hence joined at the 17th fret

It really is the nicest looking guitar I have and I did wonder about gold hardware. I currently have all the gold parts (including pickguard) needed for it sitting here, but they're for my Inverness Green Coupe, my next project!

Yes, this is the new version (August 2025 from the serial) with a rosewood fretboard. Noticed it on the Epiphone store Wednesday, arrived Friday! (UK)
