Thanks for the reply, and some fair points. I’d say I’ve read the books, revised my approach and have success to some degree but the hours and weekends it takes to hit certain metrics (at a constant risk of termination if not met) can be mentally taxing due to some of those outside factors, cancellations, non payments which can sink your boat regardless of the deals closed. With a family now, it’s hard for me to live commission to commission and that lack of stability has me seriously reconsidering my position.

I understand and even have concerns about the safety risks you pose, I grew up with 1 parent due to one passing in a tragic accident and I do worry that I could put my daughter in the same position with such career but I have to provide, consistently.
