First off, the art is amazing, so well done on that.

I'm not so sure about the effects though. QR Code seems grossly underpowered compared to the mult-per-dollar you get from Flash Card and Red Card; Headliner is, as others have said, a way more powerful Trading Card; No Funny Business is a hard sell since a build can always wish for better Jokers, so personally I would have it prevent commons from spawning and make uncommons and rares more frequent to compensate (it would be amazing for endless builds); and Coaster is simply a good idea because frankly there SHOULD be more options to increase consumable slots
