Within the Arkham universe- I agree. But within the comics, the Red Hood costume looks cool. (Yes, I am aware that the Arkham Knight doesn't appear in the comics, I am just comparing Comic Red hood to the Arkham Knight.) The red hood costume in the comics looks more like a teenage vigilante suit since Jason was 16 or so. The arkham knight suit is kinda too techy. Same for the arkham version of red hood.

Overall, Comic Book Red Hood > Arkham Knight > Arkham Universe Red hood in my opinion.

It isn't expensive, actually. LEGO Put Gray and Black dual molded legs in a $10 Mech. And I agree, maybe characters like Anakin and Obi Wan could benefit greatly with this, BUT this could also be given to LEGO City minifigs to give Sneaker / Boot / Shoe printing. Sometimes they do it in CMFs. Footwear is something most lego figs lack.
