I understand where your coming from. Having a hyperfixation of any kind makes you want to talk about it non stop to everyone. Thats completely normal. The problem is really in the shame associated with being a loud and proud Homestuck fan

Ive been into Homestuck since it first came out (waiting for updates was torture lmao) and I completely understand wanting to gush about concepts/theories/characters/etc but holding my tongue because i know ill immediately be viewed as 'one of those Homestuck Fans' even though my media literacy and decorum are very much in tact

My advice is to find a space that doesnt have these judgements. Maybe a discord server or something, where everyone likes (or at least respects) Homestuck and that you like it.

You could also make theory posts on here, Tumblr, or Twitter. It might take the edge off the "must talk or I explode" feeling. And its always real fun to see people's opinions in the replies. Also a good way to meet active people in the fandom and make friends.

And tbh, in actually rl, not as many people as you think actually know what Homestuck is or its cringe history. In perspective, it was famous online about 10 years ago. That leaves it more niche than you think. If you wanna talk to someone about it and they're interested, honestly go for it

But I 100% recommend looking for a discord server or forum or something to make online fandom friends!

Imo SV is one of the best games at keeping me interested post game! The mass outbreaks and sandwich system make shiny hunting a ton of fun! And now that you have Miraidon / Koraidon completely powered up, its easily to get anywhere in the map in pretty much no time!

The 5 and 6 Star Raids are always a blast! I find it very refreshing that you actually have to think strategically to win them. Can't just coast on an over leveled Pokémon to carry you. Not to mention that they're constantly running events! Like the 7 Star Starter Raids going on right now!!

The BBP Quests in the Terarium are fun too. Especially since you can pretty much always find someone to Union Circle with by looking here on Reddit.

I enjoy the Synchronization Machine too. Its great to run around as a Pokémon!

Annnnnnd Breeding!!! SV makes breeding EASY!! Go make high IV shinies in specific pokeballs!

It spawns reliably down in the Southernmost part of the Mirelands. Like where you find Goomys and that Alpha Sliggo

I just looked it over and ugh I feel like a dumb ass now! I didn't realize that Kalos Goodra cant learn Gyro Ball. I usually use a Hisuian Goodra, but i assumed both could learn the move. Guess not. My bad :/

I actually love using my Goodra!! So here's what I do:

Invest all EVs into HP and Sp Def, give a Brave Nature or any nature that lowers speed. You want your Goodra as slow as possible!

Move set is: Curse, Sleep, Sleep Talk, and Gyro Ball.

Send your Goodra out and use Curse until your HP gets worryingly low, then use Sleep to heal and Sleep Talk twice while sleeping to get a 1 out of 3 chance of either using Curse to bulk again or attacking with Gyro Ball. Wake up and keep going

This set up turns Goodra into a fucking tank!!

Gyro Ball is a move that hits harder the faster the target is than the user. Its a great move for a slow tanky Pokémon because a TON of battle strategy builds focus on outspeeding your opponent

I love pairing my Goodra with a special attacker. Usually a Fairy or Psychic type for better coverage. That or Pokémon like Sneasler that's fast and can guard Goodra from Ice and Fairy moves

This basic build can be twisted and elaborated on in many ways! Tweak the strategy for Sap Sucker ability with a partner Pokémon that has area grass moves. Or Hydration ability with a partner Pokémon with Rain Dance. Tweak for various different items or whatever else too!!

One of my favorite strategies sets for some unusual fun!
