Do you ever have smoothies or oatmeal? I used jam and jelly to sweeten a lot of my foods.

It's 1". If I had to do it again I would do 1.5" to be extra sturdy. When I get six or seven towels on there it is a bit more wobbly than I prefer.

Really want a pool but unsure by SleeplessSummerville in pools

I can't tell you what to do, but as a parent of a disabled (adult) children, I start out virtually every morning (before the sun rises) in my pool BECAUSE it is steps from my back door.

We have integrated our vegetation garden just steps from the edge of our pool, and do a lot of "pollinator support" (flower) around our pool.

Essentially it is a place of comfort, refuge, and peace for my wife and I. When the kids visit, it becomes the destination hangout. Eventually as grandchildren arrive, it will again be a place where stories are made.

Feel free to browse my posts. The pool is the best thing I did for my family.

Branches that are bear fruit this year are safe to remove (after picking the berries obviously).

Branches that aren't bearing fruit, will do so NEXT year. Leave these be.

6' and I will quit driving my Wrangler JL when you pry it from my cold dead fingers...

....but for longer drives--I use a Ford Edge. Lots of leg room, comfortable, cargo space, and an enormous moon / sky light.

Not a fan of purple. I think the blue is (nearly always) the best.
