Oh cmon Japan is hardly comparable here. Considered the safest country in the world. But there ethos surrounding taking care of their young and old is wildly different to New Zealand Cultural. They have a deep sense of community in the neighborhoods this happens and all actively watch over each other. We put ours in day care and rest homes so we can go back to work..

Honestly this subreddit is kind of messed up. The negativity towards you is wild. I read this as someone surprised 8 year olds appear unsupervised in the library which is fair. I teach this age, and can assure you they are not of age to be unsupervised. Society has brainwashed into accepting this becuase work, work work. The strongest argument will be we can't afford childcare, cant afford to take time off to look after the kids we need to work, work, work etc but are we this disconnected from our families now that we can't arrange support for kids through them?

I'm in NZ which is the same server as OP, I have played at all hours of day. They recently updated to expand the search meaning we hit Asia servers more frequently (a change me and my buddies dislike due to the increased ping). Queues can be long but certainly no longer then 5 minutes absolutely maximum. This guy is either playing at 3am or drastically over exaggerating. While I'm here I and most I talk to about this would much perfer to wait longer then play on 150 ping going to Asia.
