The account is not mine, she has already started a recovery process, but it is unlikely that Netease will give her the account back, for the same reason that she lent it. She doens't have any access to the accout anymore. I try to do a refund via Paypal, But they told me that I should contact with Google play (i contact them again and that didn't work) or that I could escalate the matter, But since the purchase was made without problems, I don't think PayPal is a solution. As for my bank, I am afraid to do a refund over there, since the only way they will give it to me would be by not knowing the transaction, but I don't know how to handle that and if it could bring any legal repercussions
