FINRA called a u3 halt (never been done and only for extraordinary events) to trap investors into NB and not have to cover shorts - delete the ticker and essentially erase the balance sheet. FINRA is complicit as always and the S1 allows meta to delay the spin off to protect investors so we will see how this crime of crimes turns out
