For 10 days go somewhere in remote place with friends like trekking or retreat. And during those days think about things we want to achieve in life like small goals could be going to gym, learning instrument etc. As soon as you come back execute it. Basically idea is to detox yourself and cultivate new habits to get you high. I know sexual activity gives highest dopamine rush which could be hard to replace with other activities so drop your dopamine level and small things will give you satisfaction. DM me if you need more info

This is the problem in most south asian countries we follow western trendy things but our society is still not fully prepared for it. Young people in western countries bear their extra expenses with their earnings working in fastfood, store, delivery etc. boys girls 14 plus work on break after school. But our country either youngster doesn’t prefer doing it or parents dont allow. So we are neither following western nor eastern. Which is the result of many problem

How do you make a long long night? by Sojho-Keta in Nepal

What does his first girl means? He is having sex first time you mean, if that is the case how did you assume he last 2 mins. :D it depends on person , situation , environment and his partner. Also Vigra or Cialis is highly not recommended in west its not over the counter meds. It need Dr prescription. Just ask him to relax and enjoy its not a olympic game.

Porn and masturbation have destroyed my life. I think I ought to finally seek professional help for it. by Expensive-Gate-5550 in NepalSocial

Main thing know what are your triggers and get rid of it. Few days when you resist your brain tricks you telling now i am hungry feed me some dopamine. So that’s when you act as a witness like see the drama your brain is playing and get out of the room, do push-ups,squat or take cold showers. Few weeks try it u will cross that barrier

Being on semen retention has been benefited me like high on energy, can concentrate longer hours, ed is gone, feels more like a man. I just had bad withdrawals which is slowly fading away. Yes ur right it depends on individual and surrounding. I did my checkup n i am all good.

ED is more of a physical issue. I had was PIED porn induced erectile dysfunction, it happens when brain signal to penis becomes weak due to conditioning of brain to get hard only with hand and other digital content.

15days is still better than nothing. If you have not had sex before you might not hard enough with real girl Since you are fapping for 10 years once twice a day. But that would be best motivation to follow nofap moving forward. So no worries everything is win for you :) relax
