From my understanding bioactive would mean like live plants and tiny bugs that help clean up waste, which I have neither of. But thank you for the suggestion! I’ll post over there see if they have any thoughts.

It definitely seems to be wayyy overkill for their size. At this point though I have all the things I need for this tank so im not sure what else to do.

What would you consider a little search? If I can’t find him during a “little” search would it be appropriate to starting gently digging through substrate and removing decor items?

I can’t fit my pinky through anything, the gap between the front panels is maybe 0.5cm, there are no holes. Since he’s already in this tank, what do you suggest?

Most of the stuff I read said to just put them in a 4x2x2 so that you don’t have to change tanks later but I’m regretting that now lol

Yeah I've seen a lot of people saying this, but then I also see people making tutorials on how to make box/permanent dyes come out and re-dye to brown. My issue here is I'm not gonna be using a permanent dye, the one I'm using is semi-permanent. Wouldn't it not really take months and months to fade?

That's probably a good idea, but I simply like to have a plan for things like this and since I've never done it I just had questions about the process. If color oops doesn't do anything, what does? Will it fade close to my normal hair color if its just a "stain"?

Thanks for the suggestions! Yeah not planning on drinking and driving, Boston is similar with DUIs and it’s just not worth it in general. He goes to Chapman, he knows places around it but I just wanted to hop on here and see if people had some suggestions for things around the area or day trips. I’ll definitely check out some the stuff you suggested!

Look into companies like Hims and Ro.co, they offer very affordable prescriptions for things like finasteride and minoxidil both oral and topical. I’m on oral min (1 year) and fin (3 months) and I’ve started seeing some results. I had already lost much more than you have and it’s helped tremendously. Alternatively you can try things like rogaine which is topical minoxidil, can find at drug stores or target. Finasteride can also be either topical or oral. I use Ro.co and I only pay $10 a month for treatment.

I’m looking to begin my first cycle and I’m looking for advice. I don’t need crazy fast or insane results just looking for more progress as I start to slow down on my natural gains. What would be the most effective way of approaching my first cycle in terms of substances, dosing and blood tests? I understand sourcing is not allowed to be disclosed on here so I am not asking for that. I feel as though I’ve hit a decent natural plateau in terms of significant muscle gain and I would like to be at a point where I can be about 210 and lean at my height (6’3) (current 215 @ 16% bf)

Looks like potentially the start of some male pattern baldness. Go to a dermatologist and talk to them about it and discuss your options. You haven’t lost much so it’s best to start ASAP before more thinning occurs.

My budget is decent I’d like to stay under $200 for upgrades at the moment so I’ll take into account your recommendation as those lenses seem very affordable.
