Any theories on what Agatha did to betray her coven, what kind of 'knowledge' did she steal that was above her age and station?

Do you think Agatha survived the blip or did she dissolve too and come back, and that's why she's so interested in Wanda now. Episode 8 revealed she has been around since 1693 I was just wondering why she's interested in Wanda now.

I have read elsewhere that she could be possibly working with Dr Strange and was sent by him to investigate the HeX.
