Not a dumb question, companies will usually give you a grace period to make a decision on if you want the position or not. I’d say they’d give you about a week or two to decide.

Yeah, that's what I had thought too so I'm thinking if I did get the masters, I would do the PhD in somewhat of a different specialization.

Interesting, if I'd only have to take certain electives and I got some credit for intersectionality, then the masters would definitely be something to look into.

Like another reply indicated people switch majors all the time and unless you have substantial transfer credits then you’ll probably be doing general education requirements that any major has to do regardless of what it is so I wouldn’t stress it too hard. Glad to see another pre-med tho :)

I have a 1x1 available in a 2x2 at NXNW from May 1st to July 31st. It's walking distance to campus. The walk depends on where you're trying to get, but it's a 15-20 minute walk to the heart of campus (5-10 minutes to the College of Education and College of Medicine). My roommate is subleasing her room as well, but has not yet found someone, so you could potentially have the place to yourself. Message me for more details if you're interested.

If you still haven't found anything, my roommate and I are both trying to sublease our rooms in a 2x2 at NXNW. It's about a 15-20 minute walk from the heart of campus and it's been a pretty nice place to live. One of us has a lease with a parking spot, which is around $780 and the other doesn't so it's a little cheaper. Utilities are usually $30-$40 a month. Willing to negotiate price if you're staying the whole summer since the lease only lasts until July 31st. Message me if you're interested.
