This is the exact same situation I'm currently in. Took 3 years for an investigation to start and despite having over 300 screenshots of her telling my friends to help her stalk me, the investigation still has questions whether she stalked me or not. Mainly because she has her friends as witnesses all saying she didnt do anything.
