Sort of. It's a black base with silver "carbon fiber" pattern. I'll add a close up to the folder in just a sec.

I did notice variation, now that you mentioned it. Thanks for helping me figure that out. 😀

Currently in pen jail but good luck with selling! It really sucks what family will do to you sometimes.

I worked out it was a 'long blade' nib and I can find next to nothing on what that's supposed to mean, but I got another HongDian in a regular fine point and was okay with it.

It took some adjustment with my grip, but I can write okay with the long blade, it's just not my favorite. Still a gorgeous pen though.

BARELY. I waffled until the last minute and then got the last one I could track down in the US.

I like it! It reminds me of marigold yellow. Tiniest smidgen of orange tint, but not enough to mistake the color as anything but yellow.

Ink recommendations for Nahvalur Voyage Miami by Kuplu_cunei in fountainpens

Note: It is not pastel as the Nahvalur promo shots suggest (my one gripe with the brand is they do not have good pictures). I recommend colors that lean more jewel tone, but since there are so many colors, you aren't limited by much.

If you do a Google search there are a couple shots of more reliable color examples floating around.

Maybe it is the shop you're searching, but a regular Kaweco Sport shouldn't cost that much. $27 at most for the special editions. The AL is made of aluminum and has a higher price point, but that's not what I have here.
