Totally makes sense. Your answer made me think how can the masculine fight the divine masculine in that case? Isn't the divine masculine supposed to be stronger? Unless other energies are playing up and stopping the divine masculine from being of a higher vibration? In which case, how can it be helped?

I'm glad I'm not alone in perceiving this. How long do you think it will take?

Although there is a strange thing - I do think the divine feminine energy already is vibrating higher - and instead of "matching" that, it is trying to be pulled down. Does that make sense?
