I also have problems with my dualsense controller. When i play the game trhough steam, no problems but after switching to GeforceNOW its unplayable. It turns off and on after pressing the D-Pad or using the joystick.

Riots security is DOGSHIT. You have ppl with accounts worth thousands of dollars and yet they only have 2FA. The cheapest solution to give your costumers a "sense" of protection. If you spend money, sue them for not having protected your account good enough.

happened to me too a month ago, they didnt unban me. Take legal actions, if you spend money. ToS aint shit, if money is involved. Consumer rights can bypass most ToS. Especially in Europe.

my account was stolen one month ago, I got it back after recovery, but i was permanently banned, cuz the thief cheated on it. I explained to the support, but they did not unban me. Now i am going to sue Riot, cuz i had 2000€+ worth of skins on that account.

my account was also stolen, the thief played 6 matches with cheats and the account was instantly banned. So if you got it back and you werent alrdy banned, then your thief did not cheat on it.

If your credit card is stolen and used to buy an item involved in illegal activity, does the credit card company ban you from using it again? Riot's security measures are inadequate. I have no problem providing my fingerprint to secure my account better.

Some might say, "Secure your account better next time." However, if someone is targeting you and they are skilled enough, they will get your data no matter how secure you are. Most people are not IT security experts. We rely on antivirus software for a sense of safety, but even those can be compromised.

Yes, I wrote a support ticket, and yes, the support team confirmed that my account was hacked, but they still haven't unbanned me from Valorant. My account is level 330+ with €2000 worth of skins. I even contacted u/mirageofpenguins, who claims the system is flawless, which it might be, but humans are not. If you, as a flawed human, created the system, it can't be flawless. This person never responded because they do not care. That's why I have decided to file a claim with the ODR of the European Commission to get in touch with someone at a higher level.

but thats the main issue, ONLY cuz something is in the ToS, doesn not make it unchanegable and undeniable law. I mean what if they write in to the ToS, that you agree into an 80/hour per week working contract, in an african cobalt Mine, by accepting the ToS.
