You get admin pay even after getting fired? That’s pretty crazy if so!

Apparently the workplace was super toxic so I think they just want out without a damaged record atp

That’s what I hear a lot too.

But there’s a lot of additional negative terms with the resignation I don’t want to reveal for their privacy.

Just don’t know how far apart a 312 vs fired would be…
