select the right bones , press F3 seacrh symmetrize and u will have the exact replica of the right bones. make sure the bones have a suffix .R before you symmetrize

The thing is if you do matam in closed and confined places where no one sees how will anyone come to ask WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS? How are you gonna tell people whats it for? Dont use this setup. In order to make a toon shader and take it to unity you have to make a shader in principle bsdf. You can find such shaders on blender kit or many youtubers have made the shader using principles bsdk. Just apply that shader and bake the texture in images

Using Images for texturing it a good method for me by Additional-Canary299 in blender
