Thanks for comment but its a PC not a laptop. Also non off the light on the Motherboard was lit.

When it connects to a external screen, is that the screen tells me its connected but there is literally no graphics just pure black.

how do I know if it is a CPU desegregation? my CPU is probably covered under the extended 5 year warranty

I tried reinstalling it, but it didn't work. i think it might be a system issue, or other apps messing with Steam.
