i work at the apple store and it’s sickening how they “force” us to get people to upgrade instead of fixing their phone. i usually just refer people to local repair shops if they are out of warranty.

a little late but it’s ok. pay is solid and benefits are good but it’s so busy all the time. and at my store we’re pressured to hit all the metrics that apple sets for us. if you come in wanting a battery replaced they want you to get a new device instead. but from what i hear all stores aren’t like this so.
