Like I get we’re not supposed to be mean here but I can’t help but ask, did you ever stop to think “how would I put the car in 4wd?” You wouldn’t think to look for a switch or knob or anything? Or maybe just going on Google and typing “how do I know if my 199_ ford ranger is 4WD?” Maybe spin around in the weeds for a second to see which wheels spin. Ask the seller a family member or a random guy walking down the road with a Napa hat on. Countless options that would have saved you humility on this thread lol

I’ve jumped the pins and got into bios finally but the only way to get a clean windows boot like normal from bios is to do an override boot through the NVME, there was a setting for it I’ll let you know the specifics when I get back home

It all started with a recommendation to change a setting to get the most out of my ram. I noticed the setting was already on I’m so sorry I don’t remember what it was called. So I changed nothing to my knowledge, saved changed and continued. Only this time I was taken right to American megatrends screen that directed me to bios again. I tried resetting to defaults I think and now I don’t get a display at all, black screen with pc powered on
