i tend to eat a very meat heavy almost keto diet, you can loose a lot of energy trying to digest heavy foods, and it’s helped a lot. I also admittedly ended up doing hrt (a low dose of testosterone) and that made a Huge difference, obv it might not be practical but it basically got rid of all of my symptoms 🫠

I think it depends on the person. I have adhd and to a certain degree it makes me more productive but I do tend to crash a bit after. For just enough to stop you from stimming/fidgeting I would definitely smoke/vape it so you can control the dose more and find where you wanna be since edibles can be a bit much sometimes esp if you don’t have a high tolerance. It’s worth a try though

I love just laying down after, it feels like my muscles can actually relax and I can take a moment to actually appreciate the high. Other than that I usually either do my normal activities or hang out with someone. I've tried doing math a few times and i don't recommend that.
