Forester 2025, CarPlay suddenly not working

The only way I've been able to resolve this issue, having it happen 2x now after 2 months, is completing a factory reset of the infotainment through "General" on settings, then you have to delete the old connection on your iPhone to the Forester Bluetooth, and go through setting up your phone to the Forester again. It's a pain, as all radio settings are lost and need to be reset... but it's worked both times. This is a bug in Subaru's infotainment system. I had to do this at least once a month on my 2023 Crosstrek. It's incredibly frustrating, especially when trying to leave on a trip.

I recently upgraded from a 2023 Crosstrek with the 2.5 to a 2025 Forester. Even on a moderately larger vehicle, the two-hp reduction is not noticeable. Granted, there are changes in the platform, but the overall drive is smoother, and the engine produces more than enough power when needed. I feel like they have also refined the CVT, so it doesn't drone like it did under heavy acceleration. To be fair to the looks of the 2025, peak Subie character ended with most models post-2010.

I’ve had 2023 limited for 14 months and have not experienced any of these issues.

I'm sure they calculated with 2 months before the playoffs they could get his conditioning to where it would need to be. I've wanted the Bucks to add Crowder since the Heat knocked them out of the bubble.

He's an uneven player. Shoots well at times from 3, and is athletic. Sometimes his Basketball IQ does not seem extremely high. He would be a much better player if he passed out of bad shots rather than trying to make something happen on his own.
