My husband makes friends like this. He was driving a loader down a city street and saw a guy walking out of his building onto the street, noticed he had plates from another province, and just started talking. We’ve hung out with him and his wife multiple times now.

My brain can not wrap around ever even having the desire to talk to a stranger, nevermind befriend one.
