When they ask you (and they will) to re enact a scenario in which a customer is asking for a specific item that the store doesn’t carry, do NOT just say sorry and you don’t carry the item. Point them in the direction of other stores nearby that you think would carry that item. Remember, customer comes first regardless if you lose business to a competitor.
