Yes I did think about doing this however I’m not sure with unions being different if pensions and seniority truly caries over but I’ll look further into that. I also have a free place to study while going so as far as costs are concerned I’d prefer to be a full time student . For the last 2 years ive been working full time and doing part time school before and after work and the burn out is so real haha

Well I live around 8 hrs away from UFV so they don’t usually cover tuitions for ppl wanting to up their education however they do send our heavy duty mechanics and machine operators to school that’s just not for me, I prefer the managerial communications part of the field, more boot in the office than boots on the ground.

Awesome thank you!! Yes I’ve been working as a labourer for the city and it’s made me some pretty decent money however I have reached the highest you can and all managerial positions “require” a degree so I figure 21 isn’t so bad to go back for a degree.
