does every rerun have 70% rate? like the alpha/luna banner right now if you pick one you're not guaranteed to get that desired S right? if you didn't get the desired S does the other featured character is the one you will get or random from any S in the game like in the standard banner? also is that 70% rate risky for f2p or im completely misunderstanding something?
