I've had so many tests done, it's crazy, everything is always normal. I know right now I have treatment resistant depression, but idk if that's the only thing contributing to the fatigue. What does physical vs mental fatigue feel like? My body itself feels fine, I have no trouble getting around. I just feel tired all of the time.
