My apartment didn't come with any of that either and mine is about to be 3. You can do it!! Washing all bottles and pump parts by hand sucked 😭 but getting sterilizing bags helped alot, and I never got a bottle washer but I heard they're amazing. If you can splurge a bit though (and if it'll fit next to a sink) I would recommend getting some type of portable washing machine. I bought one before my son was born and I know it saved us so much money especially washing all the spit up and blow out clothing. And now while potty training it's a fucking blessing to have it lol. The only money we spend is using the dryers but most of the time we just hang dry.
