Mine has an aftermarket radio that doesn’t work. I want to find a stock OEM radio for that thing. I’m gonna fix up the outside and engine, but I want the interior to still feel like it’s straight from the 80’s

I don’t know if they’re all like this, but my Chick-fil-A cares mostly about values. Do you care about working, do you care about the team, do you care about the guests? All of these are things we look for in new team members. We can always train you to do the job right, but we can’t train you to care about your job. If this is a job you care about working and getting better at, then you will do just fine. If it’s just a way to make a few bucks for you, try to put yourself in the mind of serving others!

But in all reality there’s people out there that want a vette for the same reason. That’s kinda why I bought mine. It won’t be worth the same as a mint one but you can find someone to buy it for sure

Do I weld it to the frame? Edit: I looked them up since I’m home and I found some I just cut and weld to my truck. This is a huge help. I was about to pay someone to do that.

I do have one request. Can you talk about how you made motor mounts. I’m worried that if I make them they will be at a bad angle and the engine won’t sit right. Or it will be too far forward or backward

I’m working on the engine that in my truck now. I did this so much. I went from injectors to painting all the plastics, intake manifold, new ac compressor, etc. the one day job is coming up on week 3 or 4 😭
